Post Partum Mummy Melt Massage & Wellbeing Experience

The ultimate soothing, restorative, and results-driven massage for the postnatal woman.

Created with care and compassion, the Mummy Melt Massage & Wellbeing Experience is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. This is your moment of calm in the chaos—a space where stress melts away, tired muscles are gently released, and your body begins to feel like yours again.

This treatment is especially designed for women in the postnatal period, supporting you through the emotional, physical, and hormonal shifts that come with new motherhood.

As a highly experienced pregnancy massage therapist and postnatal recovery practitioner, I’m here to guide and support you through the changes of your fourth trimester—helping you ease discomfort, restore balance, and replenish your energy. Whether you’ve had a vaginal birth or a C-section, each session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are in your recovery.

What Can I Expect?

Why Post Partum Massage?

Your body has done something incredible—and now it deserves time, care, and restoration.
My Postpartum Massage is a nurturing, results-driven treatment designed to support your recovery after birth. Whether you've experienced a vaginal delivery or a C-section, this holistic therapy promotes deep rest while targeting areas of tension and discomfort that may have developed during pregnancy, labour, or delivery.

As a specialist in postpartum recovery, I’m here to support your healing—physically and emotionally—so you can feel more like you again.

Who is Postpartum Massage For?

This treatment is designed for any woman navigating the fourth trimester. Whether you’re a few weeks postpartum or several months in, it’s never too early—or too late—to prioritise your recovery.
I support women following both vaginal and C-section births (you can explore my specialist C-Section Recovery services [here]).
If you’re feeling discomfort, depletion, or simply in need of time to rest and reconnect with yourself, Postpartum Massage can offer powerful relief and support.

I also offer treatments throughout pregnancy to ease tension and encourage calm during each trimester.

How Postpartum Massage Can Help

  • Eases muscular aches, tension, and postural strain

  • Encourages muscle tone and alignment to return gently

  • Reduces swelling and fluid retention

  • Supports hormonal balance and emotional wellbeing

  • Soothes anxiety and promotes deeper, more restful sleep

  • Relieves joint pain, back ache, sciatica, and cramping

  • Supports your nervous system with calming, intentional touch

What To Expect

Every treatment begins with a detailed consultation to understand how you're feeling and what your body needs. Using safe, skin-loving products, I tailor every session to focus on both results and luxury.
Whether you need deep relaxation, targeted recovery work, or simply space to breathe, this massage is designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and beautifully supported.

At The Female Health Practitioner, my goal is for every woman to leave feeling heard, held, and a little more like herself again
