Packages for 3 appointments are valid for 3 months only and all must be taken within this time frame. Appointments will not be carried over or refunded. Packages for 6 appointments are valid for 6 months only and all must be taken within this time frame. Appointments will not be carried over or refunded. Dermalux , Radiofrequency and Ultrasound Liposuction will be advised on in person. I understand that occasionally you need to cancel/ reschedule appointments. However as a courtesy to other clients and myself, we have the following cancellation terms. Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All Appointments are pre paid. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled (or no shows) within a 48 hour window will incur full charge. If this policy doesn’t work for you then please only book a last minute appointment when you are certain you can attend.
