My main passion is helping women in that post operative stage where we have had the op, but how do we actually recover?
I love helping women to have a safe space to be listened to heard and understood through all life stages.
I really could talk for hours about this as women we are so complex and we don’t just want to stick a plaster on it but we want to understand our bodies and to be given the tools to do that...
