Deeply soothing, expertly delivered—designed just for you.

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, but it can also bring its fair share of discomfort, tension, and emotional overwhelm. That’s why I created the Mummy Melt Massage & Wellbeing Experience—a deeply relaxing, soul-soothing, and results-driven treatment tailored to support your changing body and mind.

This is your time to switch off, feel held, and let those tired, aching muscles melt away.

As a highly qualified and experienced pregnancy massage therapist, I provide nurturing, safe, and effective support through every trimester. Whether you're experiencing back pain, pelvic tension, swelling, or the emotional ups and downs of hormonal shifts—this massage is designed to bring ease, comfort, and connection.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more in tune with your body and baby.

And when your little one arrives?
You can return for my Postnatal Mummy Melt—a continuation of your self-care journey, designed to support your recovery, replenish your energy, and give you a moment to simply breathe.

Mummy Melt Massage & Wellbeing Experience

What Can I Expect?

Why Pregnancy Massage?

Every mum-to-be deserves time to pause, breathe, and feel held.

Pregnancy Massage is a powerful, restorative treatment that supports your changing body through every stage of this incredible journey. My bespoke approach blends soothing massage, gentle stretching, and kinesio taping (if needed), tailored entirely to your needs. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all treatment—it’s about honouring your body, exactly where it’s at.

When Is It Best To Get A Pregnancy Massage?

From the second trimester through to the final weeks, Pregnancy Massage can help you feel more comfortable, calm, and connected to your baby.
I also offer ongoing Pregnancy Massage & Wellbeing Programmes—designed to nurture and support you at every stage of your pregnancy journey from 12 weeks onward.

For your safety and peace of mind, I begin treatments after the first trimester. The early weeks of pregnancy are a time of rapid change, and by waiting until after 12 weeks, we ensure that both you and your baby are in the most stable phase for hands-on care. Your wellbeing is always my priority.

Benefits Of Pregnancy Massage

  • Eases muscular tension: Reduces discomfort in areas like the back, hips, and shoulders as your body changes

  • Soothes stress and anxiety: Creates calm in the chaos, supporting emotional balance and hormonal shifts

  • Improves circulation: Aids blood flow, helping deliver oxygen and nutrients to both you and your baby

  • Reduces swelling: Gently relieves fluid retention in feet, legs, and hands

  • Enhances sleep: Promotes deeper rest and recovery for both body and mind

  • Supports emotional connection: Helps you bond with your baby through intentional, nurturing touch

What to Expect from Your Treatment

Every session begins with a thoughtful consultation, allowing us to address how you're feeling and what your body is asking for.
I use only pregnancy-safe, skin-loving products, so while the treatment is focused on real relief and results, it also feels luxuriously calming.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and beautifully supported—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
At The Female Health Practitioner, you’re not just another appointment—you’re held, heard, and honoured as the incredible woman you are.

  • I am working with Sarah on her core restore programme after having diastasis recti following 2 pregnancies. I had my youngest child 6 years ago so was worried it was too late to do anything about this but Sarah reassured me that it wasn't. She explained the programme, how it would work and what we would focus on before I made any commitment. Each time I see her she takes the time to listen to what's going on with me, how I'm feeling and how I've been getting on with the exercises set since the last time I saw her. The exercises are easy to fit into the busiest of lives and the breathing techniques help at times of stress. Sarah has also given me several messages and I swear she has magic hands as I always come away feeling relaxed and all my little aches, pains and niggles soothed.  I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone as she really knows so much about the female body and how it works.
