Service Description
What to Expect – Your Lift Sculpt & Glow Facial Step 1: Settle In & Skin Consultation You’ll be welcomed into a calm, spa-like space where we’ll begin with a brief chat about your skin, concerns, and goals for the treatment. Step 2: Double Cleanse & Exfoliation We’ll gently double cleanse your skin to remove any impurities, followed by a light exfoliation to smooth and prep your skin for the deeper treatments ahead. Step 3: Radio Frequency Skin Tightening Next, we use gentle heat from Radio Frequency to lift and tighten the skin. This helps to boost collagen and give an instant firming effect—perfect for softening fine lines and enhancing your glow. Step 4: Hogan Flow Lymphatic Drainage + Optional Buccal Massage This beautiful facial massage helps to de-puff, boost circulation, and drain toxins. If you'd like, we can include buccal massage (inside the mouth, using gloves) to help release jaw tension and sculpt the lower face. Step 5: Hyaluronic Serum Application We apply a deeply hydrating hyaluronic serum to plump and nourish your skin. Step 6: Dermalux Flex LED Light Therapy You'll then relax under the calming glow of LED light therapy, which works deep in the skin to boost radiance, soothe inflammation, and support long-term skin health. Step 7: Finishing Touches We complete your facial with a curated blend of lifting serums and moisturiser to leave your skin feeling soft, refreshed, and visibly radiant.
Cancellation Policy
💬 Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice from the starting time of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your space to another client in need. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full treatment fee being charged or deducted from your prepaid package. Appointments can be moved easily via your online booking account. If you need help doing this, we’re always happy to assist. Please note: repeated cancellations, late changes, or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined. ⏰ Arriving On Time Your appointment time includes a full consultation, hands-on treatment, and a debrief with aftercare guidance. To honour this, we kindly ask you to arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will unfortunately be unable to carry out your session and the full fee will still apply, as we cannot extend or adjust your appointment beyond its allocated time. Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, travel disruptions, or parking difficulties, and are not obligated to refund or reschedule appointments missed or shortened due to these issues. 🤍 Health & Wellness Considerations If you feel unwell—especially with symptoms of cold, flu, Covid, or any contagious illness—please do not attend your appointment. If you have recently been prescribed antibiotics, we ask that you wait until you have completed the course and are fully recovered before attending. This is for your safety and to ensure the treatment is effective. If you’ve had any significant changes to your health, medication, or treatment goals, please update us in advance so we can tailor your care accordingly.
