Therapeutic Coaching is about raising the vibration and consciousness of women.
This is a chance to go deeper into the roots of mental wellbeing.
It draws on the world of coaching, cognitive behaviour therapy, counselling and psychotherapy but also uses somatic, self compassion and polyvagal theories.
