Sports Massage & Remedial Therapy delivered through a 'female lens'. Women are athletes too and the 'sport of life and motherhood' for the modern woman truly means that she's an endurance athlete most days. “Stretch It Out” How often when you have aches or pains or feel a bit stiff do you say “ I just need to stretch it out a bit?”or “I could do with a good old stretch!!” We all need to look after our aches and pains and those stiff bodies from sitting at a desk all day… Sports Massage & Remedial Therapy is not painful and should never be and should definitely not leave you covered in bruises!! You do not have to be a sports person either! This amazing service is for any of you that get those niggles! I provide a bespoke service to you that will find those tired areas of your body that need some attention! I will advise on home care and if required send a prescribed movement therapy home care plan which is so easily accessible via the laptop or your phone…. I will advise on nutrition and hydration to keep your body healing and moving well…. I have a private app where we can discuss your needs moving forward and post helpful videos just for you…. If you book for a 90 minute experience you will also receive a full digital postural assessment ( if required) just request prior to appointment …. Let’s stretch it out ladies ❤️❤️

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & rescheduling of appointments do require 48 hours minimum notice or full charge will be required and no refunds given. (this is all in the terms and conditions on website , booking forum and confirmation emails) No shows will be charged fully with no refunds. You do have a brilliant system where you can view, book and also reschedule all of your appointments online 48 hours a day at your own leisure via our app.
