Cancellation Policy

I understand that occasionally you need to cancel/ reschedule appointments. However as a courtesy to other clients and myself, we have the following cancellation terms. Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All appointments are pre pay. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in a 48 hour window will incur full charge. If this policy doesn’t work for you then please only book a last minute appointment when you are certain you can attend. ( some last minute appointments are available but cannot always be guaranteed)
