With a clear consultation, we address each individual need and work with what your body is telling you. Using pregnancy and post natal safe products, our massages and wellness experiences will ensure that you feel you have had a luxury treatment along with beautiful feeling skin. You will leave feeling cared for, listened to refreshed with less aches and pains . What to expect at your first session : * A confidential talk about why you are with me today * We will talk about your health history reviewing your pre screening forms- nothing is too small a detail we tend to forget what’s happened/ is happening so talking is the first stage of our healing process * Postural and Abdominal muscle assessment * Pelvic floor activation and breathing assessment * A beautiful bespoke massage 3 - 6 Follow Up Appointments Are Recommended

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & rescheduling of appointments do require 48 hours minimum notice or full charge will be required and no refunds given. (this is all in the terms and conditions on website , booking forum and confirmation emails) No shows will be charged fully with no refunds. You do have a brilliant system where you can view, book and also reschedule all of your appointments online 48 hours a day at your own leisure via our app.
